How to enroll

  • If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS and have already created a user account, please enter your existing username and password and click "Sign In".  If you are a New FACTS User please select "Create a username & password" to begin.

  • Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan button or Start Application button.

  • Select the appropriate school year.

  • Complete the steps as prompted.

Pick your plan

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by ACA. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.

Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over monthly installments. 
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Payment in Full: (can also be made in person via cash or check)
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full.

Please note, that payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing. 

What you will need

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.

  • Copies of your 2017 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.

  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

  • All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

• Is my information secure?

Yes. Your personal information, including payment information, is protected with the highest security standards in the industry. For more information on security, visit FACTSmgt.com/Security-Compliance.

• When will my payments be due?

Your payment schedule is set by ACA, usually due on the 1st of each month and your financial institution will decide the time of day your payments are processed.

• What happens when my payment falls on a weekend or a holiday?

Your payment will be processed on the next business day.

• What happens if a payment is returned?

Returned payments may be subject to a FACTS returned payment fee. Watch for a returned payment notice for additional information.

• How do I make changes once my agreement is on the FACTS system?

Changes to your address, phone number, email address, or banking information can be made at Online.FACTSmgt.com or by contacting our school office or FACTS. Any changes to payment dates or amounts need to be approved by ACA and the ACA will then need to notify FACTS. All changes must be received by FACTS at least two business days prior to the automatic payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.

• What is the cost to set up a payment plan?

If you select monthly payments you will pay $45 to join, if you select the annual payment you will pay $10 to join FACTS. The nonrefundable FACTS enrollment fee will be automatically processed within 14 days of the agreement being posted to the FACTS system.
